Membership agreement
Soar Over Obstacles LLC is committed to lawful, fair, and transparent company practices. Membership begins on the day of sign-up and has a minimum four-month agreement beginning on the first day of the following full month. If you cancel within the four-month agreement, you must pay one additional month beyond the current month. After four months, the agreement automatically renews month to month.
How to cancel
A month-to-month agreement may be canceled by written notice within 10 days before the beginning of the following month. Give notice in person or email Coach Storm Sims at [email protected]. An acknowledgment will be emailed within 72 hours. If you do not receive it, call 931-229-0894 so the cancellation can be corrected and completed smoothly.
Refunds and special offers
There is no refund of the current month’s membership fee after the first of the month. If you entered the Soar Over Obstacles ecosystem through a special offer, the terms documented in your offer agreement apply.
